Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
We are happy to replace and reship any delivery for products that fall under the following -

  • Defect
  • Incorrect size delivered
  • Incorrect colour delivered
  • Incorrect style

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any items that have a defect, are the incorrect size, incorrect colour or incorrect style must be brought to our attention immediately. You must contact us within 24 hours after the product is delivered and we will direct you on how to send it back.

HOW do customers return items?
Customers are to ship the return item to the address supplied. We will advise how to send it once you have contacted us. It varies dependant on the item ordered.

SHIPPING for returns?
Are original shipping rates refundable? Does customer pay for shipping the return?

CREDIT for returns?
We offer a credit equal to the amount you have spent on the original item. We do not accept credit returns.

Packing materials?
Items need to be packed in the packaging the item originally arrived in.
